Carlos Luaces Y Jimenez-Alfaro

hiperliderazgo
  29

Colloquial use. It means the person who is able to lead a group in an exceptional way, above the other ringleaders. Hyper comes from Latin as something very large or that stands out above normal. Leadership is not Spanish, but they use it as a substitute for heading or leading a group or an institution.
