Meaning of guicho

guicho: I have the idea that, as QUITENISMO or meaning in the language of the Ecuadorian Sierra, has something to do with some upset stomach or indigestion BY EATING MANY SWEETS, I heard the little word today in a television station, and decided to look for the meaning, but none agrees with the idea that imostaba my mother when he said to me: " NOT COMMAS MANY SWEETS BECAUSE TEA is GOING to GIVE GUICHO "; Guicho means toothless (one or more teeth missing) in some Latin American countries. No accent?; "Guicho " nickname of Luis. "Guicho " naive, silly. As in " sos a guicho " or " don't be guicho ". An expression used in the province of Guanacaste. Guanacastequismo. And if not ask the Vega Guicha.
