In Colombia he is a person who is dedicated to search or rescue guacas or treasures or indigenous burials. By extension and especially in the Department of Boyacá, pesona that is dedicated to the artisanal mining of emeralds. Little used form of gentilicio for those born in Guaca, a Colombian municipality of the Department of Santander. The most used is guaqueño.
