They are very popular hanging garden plants. There are many species (about 700 ) . They are easy to care for and keep very flowering. They are also called geraniums. Its scientific name is Pelargonium peltatum and they belong to the family Geraniaceae. It is clarified that the genera Geranium and Pelargonium, are very similar, both belong to the family Geraniaceae and are all called geraniums. In Colombia we also call him boyfriend.
