It is a woman's name of Celtic origin. It means the one who honors God. Some consider it a variant of Hilda or Hildegard, which is of Germanic origin and means the one who fights constantly, the fighter, the warrior. Stage name of an Argentine composer and singer whose real name is Myriam Alejandra Bianchi. He was a performer of tropical music and died in a traffic accident. In Spain it is a type of tapa, banderilla or pincho, which is made with olives, chilli (piparra, chili or chili) and anchovies.
