In Colombia it is a kind of very rudimentary cable car. It consists of a chair, basket or board that slides down a cable. It doubles as a suspension bridge and is widely used in areas of very rugged mountains to cross large hondonadas. Tarabilla, cytola, suspension bridge, rope bridge.
