Name of a Law, on the Liberation of Slaves, which was proposed by Fufio, together with Lucius Caninius Gaul, so it is known as the Lex Fufia Caninia, which restricted the manumion of slaves. It can mean the word alone, contradiction, confrontation, altercation.
