Neologism that imitates a technical or scientific word to name those who like to practice fellatio ("oral sex on a man"). In principle the etymology is also ironic, since the Latin fellans ("lactated") refers to lactation, to breastfeeding, comparing the suckling of a teat to the suckling of a penis, adding the Latin suffix -mania mania, ae ("mania, madness"); although both voices may come from the Greek 952; 951; 955; 965; 962; (thelus "female, suckling") and 956; 945; 957; 953; 945; (mania "madness", "obsession"). See medico/fellatio, medico/fellatio (although it doesn't have much of a "doctor" in it), feminine, fellar, chollar, putting knee on the ground.
