1.-the environmental information system acronymed as order was implemented by the Ministry of environment and forests by the end of the sixth five-year plan as a Plan scheme for environmental information collection, collation, storage, retrieval and dissemination of policymakers, decision makers, scientists and environmentalists, researchers, academics and other stakeholders. 2.-the environmental acronymed as order information system was implemented by the Ministry by the end of the 6 Plan of five years as the outline of the Plan for the collection of environmental information, collation, storage, recovery and dissemination of policy planners, decision makers, scientists and environmentalists, researchers, academics and other stakeholders.ORDER is a computerized system of decentralized database network which consists of the focal point in the Ministry and a string of members of the network, known as centers order located in the potential organizations / institutions across the country. For the development of the network order as an integral system of distributed environmental information network, the scope of the order was extended to all States / your country. Necessary policies and guidelines were provided to review the EFC before the regime and the new concept for the coverage of the Government departments were completed through a revised SFC. Currently, the network order consist of 76 order centered in addition of at the focal point, of which 29 centers order are at the departments of the Government to the situation of the environment and related issues to the concerned Government and the remaining 47 have been established in different environmental disciplines ranging from air pollutionpollution of water, noise pollution, biodiversity, waste management, ecology and ecosystems, environmental education, NGOs, the media and even the Parliament of coastal ecosystems, clean technology, the environment, etc 3.-order ( comparative envisare, superlative envisast ) stubborn, persistent
