Emica: are the results of attitudes and internal strengths of the individual who actually expressed as opposed to what he or she appears to be, so it is iportante to be original as is as we are internally.

emic is the antonym of ethics, ethics is our external behavior, and emica is our internal conduct, i.e. If our behavior is as equal as we are in the eyes of society.
