Noun consisting of «éphebos» Greek nouns: young, and 'translation, krátous': nominative and genitive singular of domain, to be able to. I.e.: young people in power. In the old Greece using the term ephebe was to the male of age between 18 and 19 years old. By extension in other countries are allocated to governments exercise where many young adult staff.
