In Ecuador: DELPHIC is a jelly-like dessert. For processing are used shells or fruit like waste: peaches ( shells and seeds ) Apple ( shells and heart. The process: waste of fruit sugar water subjected to boiling to obtain point pouring a few drops on a plate ( China ) cold, if not sliding point is ready.
