It is a Spanglish that comes from the English doxing ("exhibition of other people's documents without authorization") used as a verb for a common practice among hackers and crackers, but also in users of social networks, to make public documents or information that is private or sensitive, and end up harming someone. The word dox is a popular variant of docs, an abbreviation for documents. See english/doxing .
