Donation. Contract by virtue of which a person named donor, free transmits a part or all of her present goods ( booking only needed to survive ) to another call grantee.The donation is by nature a free contract, which can fall on one part or all of the goods, reserving the donor the goods needed to live. It also has features that is main, unilateral, real, commutative, and sometimes formal.
