discenso is incorrectly written and should be written as "dissent, dicenso" being its meaning: dissent means that it is the opposite of consensus means that it is when a group of people do not know or these agreements in a subject. A dicenso is a disagreement, but a consensus is a satisfactory agreement which was reached after exposing and hear different views according to a situation the dicenso to be otherwise.
