A form of government in which political authority is considered to emanate from God, but unlike theocracy, it fosters religious freedom and equality, creating interreligious links and dialogues between different spiritualities. And it is not exercised directly or indirectly by a religious power, but by an ecumenical and democratic assembly. Therefore, it is a form of government based on an egalitarian, free and fraternal religiosity.
