Cautious person who tries to be nice to everyone, not clearly manifesting its criteria and all praises them and supports. Hypocrite. A person who makes many promises, which is populist, uses rhetoric to win followers and get authority, but which then fails nothing has been agreed. Politician playing with the feelings and needs of the people, offering to solve their problems. Who practice demagoguery.
