In humans, there are different types of blood groups or classification of blood based on the features present on the surface of red blood cells and the blood serum. The two ratings more important to distinguish human blood groups are antigens A, b AB and O and Rh positive or negative factor. Blood group O positive is characteristic of people who do not have the A or B antigens on the surface of red blood cells but have antibodies against both types.
