I understand the following, that war veteran, is one who participated directly or indirectly in the war conflict, those who were directly involved are apart from veteran ex-combatants and those who were not in the conflict zone are veterans of war with just be mobilized in areas near and having been transferred from its zone of peace to a meeting zone to make the leap to the conflict zone It is my personal opinion.
