Organology: is the science that studies the musical instruments and their classification. It includes the study of the history of the instruments, the instruments used in different cultures, technical aspects of the production of sound and music classification. There is a big difference between organology, acoustics, ethnomusicology and musicology.A large number of ancient cultures violated documents detailing or describing musical instruments and the role they played in society; some of these documents included, at times, qualifying systems. The first documents available, however, date from the 16th century works such as Musica Getuscht Und Ausgezogen ( 1511 ) Sebastian Virdung and music major Deudsch ( 1529 ) of Martin Agricola.
