Agroecology is a discipline new scientist who returns to the methods passed to agriculture. Agroecology therefore means to work the field by non-aggressive procedures and respecting times of cultivation. Obviously the Agroecology is not allowed to use pesticides, greenhouses, or genetic modifications, or engordes with special fertilizers. The result of the Agroecology are products with very healthy properties and especially taste. This new fashion is gaining because the result of industrial agriculture are products that increasingly know more water and more insane.
