Moraya, population and canton Modesto Omiste province, and the town of Villazón in the Department of Potosí in Bolivia. It has an approximate population of 1,000 inhabitants, and is located 3,000 meters above sea level Its location is between the cities of Tupiza and Villazón. It is located in a fertile valley high. It was founded in the 16th century, and is the second oldest canton of Bolivia behind Vitichi.
