Sometimes used as a technical term to refer to ideologies and economic theories that promote the strengthening of the national economy through the implementation of recommendations of the neo-classical school in the economic policy of a country such as for example the international division of labour or globalization, or through some form of deregulation. However there is no consensus about its specific meaning as the term does not define a particular economic theory, and also indicates a political philosophy clearly identified due to the diversity of schools and movements that can relate you.
