1.-Oscillatoria is a genus of cyanobacteria, formerly included in the division Cyanophyta, which together with the division Prochlorophyta formed a group of autotrophic prokaryotes.Prokaryotic algae before calls are most related, from a phylogenetic point of view with the bacteria to eukaryotic algae currently considered.
