The peptides ( from the Greek Aµaaia, peptos, digested ) they are a type of molecules formed by the union of various amino acids by peptide bonds.Peptides, as well as protein, are present in nature and are responsible for a large number of functions, many of which are still not known.The union of a low number of amino acids leads to a peptide, and if the number is high, to a protein, although the boundaries between them are not defined.
