If A is a theory of B and B is itself a theory, then A is a Metatheory. However, a general theory may not be a Metatheory since not is dedicated in particular to one or a set of theories.According to the TOGA system, 1 a Metatheory may refer to a specific point of view of a theory and the meta-propiedades of its materials, but not to the application of this theory.
