Salsamentaria site where meats, such as sausages are sold is called. These sausages are mainly made of pork and other types of meat or herbs are added for seasoning. The word is derived from salza, which is a mixture of edible substances which prepares to flavour certain dishes: pasilla chile, Mexican sauce, white sauce, spicy sauce. That in the deli sold other types of meats and toppings in addition, does the demand of sausages.
