Ubinas-is a village in the Department of Moquegua in Peru. This name is derived from the phrase kech-hua " up-pin-nash " that means " it seems that already turns " or " says that it shuts down " It bears the same name of the Ubinas volcano which is named for its characteristic appear to exploit, but that does not happen.
