The mentality is the mindset that determines our manrea think or our thoughts. As it is a scheme, a sort of " mould " It is impossible for a person to think, speak or act differently, if there is a change in mentality, i.e. " the mold must be changed ". The life of an individual is determined by its culture, so if someone wants to change his life, to change their mentality; How to do it? This part in our next comment.
