It is a humorous neologism, which links the word suicide with transparent, and is understood as "death for being transparent". It is used when a fact is confessed without mincing words, without thinking too much about the consequences of being excessively transparent, which causes some kind of wake-up call, retaliation or offense according to or disproportionate. It is similar to the concept, also comical, of "sincericide"
