The "Chimpas" in some regions of the state of Chihuahua, Mexico. it means that a person has not combed well and has left a part of their hair standing, such as the "greñas" unstyled. In such a way, when you see a person who has just either stressed up (and has not combed his hair) he is told "look at his chimpas. . . stops!!"
