It is a stew composed of beans, potatoes, corn, sapling. . . Widely consumed in Bolivia, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador and Argentina. In this last country is something different, because you add pork, cow, mondongo, sausages, etc. , they are cooked separately, and it is customary to consume it on May 25 selves massively (in commemoration of the May revolution of 1810), and cold winter days.
