Piedrazo : Antojito prepared with flour bread. The flour is called brunette, contains 85% of the wheat grain, to which the bran is removed and the germ is preserved. The bread is baked, immersed in a preparation of pasilla chili with potatoes, herbs, onion and garlic macerated in pineapple vinegar. Once soaked it is stuffed with pasilla chili, potato, onion and fresh cheese.
