Subsumption is the action of subsume. Right means the action of frame the facts in the cases provided for by the rule of law. If the facts do not fall in the standard, they are not legal and, therefore, do not produce legal consequences. And if they fall with the cases referred to in the norm, then referred to as legal acts and legal consequences: the legal duty.
