Brief introductory comment on the Cooperario term: have put Me this nickname in reason that I maintain the following thesis: that, at a higher stage of development of present societies, i.e. its form, or manner of organization, no longer pre they sit down social divisions such as is in the present and the past, controversial way, but it will be equitable and harmonious, there will be no patterns and workers. This situation of relationship lies in labour unions. In cooperative entities, who are governed and organized the company in which they are partners with equal rights and obligations, everyone is able to assume the direction or control of it, the figures of employee or worker and entrepreneur or du Eno, diluted each other, they are exhausted, are consumed. This fact, which is not a mere, but which is right and as such, it has legal consequences determines the relationship in the cooperative partners to emerge a new category, the cooperaria all work, all are entrepreneurs, to amalgamate these two figures or categories, to the end, go away those two primitive figures and emerges the figure of the future but which today already occurs, the Cooperario.
