shambar

Well this story I an Lord of 95 years and she told me that the Shambar exquisite dish comes from the mountains in the North of our Peru and currently has more diffusion in our Trujillo, but the word Shambar suffered variations, given that this word comes from the quec Hua. People Quechua speakers put you that name to start agricultural week days Monday, which seemed very laborious ( Cha '' ma ) and with time variations had to pronounce and write. Some people refer for example to go to work as go to Chambear or Shambear.
