In Colombia it is said as a cuatrero to those who are engaged in abigeate, that is, the one who steals cattle in general (four-legged moves). Abigeo. By extension it is called quarter to all wrongdoer. Although to whom he plays the four, a stringed musical instrument, he could be said as a quarter, the same as the one who manufactures or sells it.
