Ghost bird or disappearing. It is the name of a group of birds belonging to the family Anhingidae. They are known as aninga, cotúa, duck corúa, duck needle, marbella, duck snake. Its scientific name is Anhinga anhinga. In Cuba they also call the cormorant a cormorant. It is also called yeco or biguá. Its scientific name is Phalacrocorax brasilianus and belongs to the family Phalacrocoracidae .
