Plural of the vexative term with which officers or individuals who only believe in the official version of events call people seeking information on their own by linking appearingly unrelated facts that allow conspiratorialists to determine that some people are conspiring against others, usually a small elite who move the threads to achieve their goals with respect to a large majority of people.
