Loan. Contract by virtue of which a person named comodante, is obliged to grant free use of non-expendable one, another one called comodatario, who is obliged to restore it in its own individuality. As you can be seen in its definition the loan is characterized by a traslativo contract of use of non-expendable, free, main and bilateral property.
