Kite: Is called so the withes whose leaves are blackened by the tips by the action of a fungus, prevalent in grasses.
It is a variety of quetzal, own of the Colombian Andes, its scientific name Pharomachrus auriceps and belongs to the family Trogonidae. Its scientific name means long robe and Golden-headed. It means that it has black tail.
