The right thing is choleric with tilde . He wants to say that he acts with anger, that he acts with fury, that he is very angry. It may mean that you act with frenzy. That shows exaltation or excitement and is affected by temper. Agitated, delirious, energetic, exalted, furious, feverish, passionate, ardent, excited.
