The correct term is cynophile with tilde. It means person who loves dogs very much. Passionate about dogs, dog lover.
k.f is incorrectly written, and should be written as "k.f" being its meaning: k.f = Cinofilocinofilo: is dog lover. What happens is that I know this word from the Italian. In Spanish there is no official source anywhere, although looking with google, yes there is texts where it is used in the sense of a dog lover.
