In Centroaqmérica it is a way of calling a person who has an extension or protrusion of the lower jaw (jaw). This is also called inferior prognathism. That has cumbamba, cumbambón.
CHOMPAPO: in Nicaragua and said of a person, that has prognathism bottom.
