It is a neologism, which aims to enunciate an economic model consisting of chewing on trade products obtained with cheap labor (maquila, manual assembly) and made with inputs of regular quality. Workers are overexploited to reduce prices. In many cases, they only become crude copies obtained with industrial espionage. In many cases, artisanal trades in developing countries are impaired.
