A cepillado is a snowcone or shaved ice in some regions of Venezuela. A cepilladero refers to an individual who sells snowcones. Liquid flavors are poured over the ice as well as condensed milk if requested. Popular flavors include tamarind, lime, and &#"cola&#", which is a sweet red liquid not at all resembling typical cola such as Coca Cola.
