You can use caruru or carurú . In Colombia it is one of the common names of a plant, also known as guaba, airambo, soap, owl, snake herb, mantath, altusara. Its scientific name is Phytolacca rivinoides and belongs to the family Phytolaccaceae. It is also the name of a municipality of the Vaupés Department. It was a correction.
