It is one of the common names of a plant of the borage family. It is also known by the names of cow tongue, ox tongue, tongue, mellow, argamala and argámula. Its scientific name is Anchusa officinalis and belongs to the family Boraginaceae. It has medicinal uses. Its leaves are large and covered with lint.
