It is one of the many common names having the Cordia alliodora in Mexico. They say you also aguardientillo, solera, amapa, anteater, drum popocotle. In Colombia we say mo, Laurel, walnut, Linnet, rust. It's Dela family Boraginaceae. Its wood is prized for cabinetmaking.
