Plural of biomechanics. It makes reference to mechanical structures that occur in living organisms (which may be live or artificial). It is a part of science that brings together expertise in physics, biology, medicine, engineering, mechanics, and other disciplines, to study the behavior of the human or animal body before submission of forces and resolve problems arising from the application of forces on it.
